Collective bargaining

Series documents the collective bargaining and negotiation process between the MRFA and the Board of Governors of Mount Royal University. Series illustrates the work of the MRFA and its committees related to developing negotiation positions, engaging with membership, and representing the Association's interests during negotiations. Series contains one subseries containing draft and finalized collective agreements. Collective agreement - living agreement

Item is a 'living' collective agreement between the MRFA and the Mount Royal College Board of Governors. This document includes changes that were ratified prior to July 1998 and salary schedules that apply to the period of July 1, 1997 until June 30, 1999.

1996-1997 Negotiations
