World Hockey Association

Subsubseries documents the World Hockey Association (WHA) which was a professional level men's hockey league. The WHA was formed in 1971 as a rival league to the National Hockey League (NHL) and disbanded in 1979. Subsubseries documents league, playoff, and All Star games and contains programs, tickets, schedules, cards, photographs, and other promotional materials.

Subsubseries contains records relating to the National Hockey League (NHL) and its membership teams. The National Hockey League is a men's professional level hockey league that was established in 1917. The league currently consists of thirty one teams from Canada and the United States. Subsubseries contains gameday programs from current and defunct league teams as well as programs from special events such as All Star games, Stanley Cup playoffs, and the Soviets vs. NHL Super Series. Subsubseries also contains tickets, schedules, calendars, press guides, yearbooks, photographs, collector cards, hockey publications, and other promotional products.

Western Canada Hockey League

Subsubseries documents the Western Canada Hockey League (WCHL), which was a men's professional level hockey league that formed in 1921 and was later renamed the Western Hockey League (WHL). Subsubseries contains programs from league, playoff, and All Star games as well as photographs, cards, schedules, tickets, guides, postcards, decals, and other promotional materials.
