Western Canada Hockey League

Subsubseries documents the Western Canada Hockey League (WCHL), which was a men's professional level hockey league that formed in 1921 and was later renamed the Western Hockey League (WHL). Subsubseries contains programs from league, playoff, and All Star games as well as photographs, cards, schedules, tickets, guides, postcards, decals, and other promotional materials.

Committee and task force meeting minutes

Series documents the meetings of several committees and task forces that reported to the Board of Governors, particularly the Staff Committee, Finance Committee, and Executive Committee. The Staff Committee was responsible for hiring and negotiating contracts and compensation for faculty members. The Finance Committee was responsible for monitoring and maintaining the finances of the college and approving major expenditures. The Executive Committee had the authority to transact all of the business of the Board of Governors and college in-between meetings of the full Board of Governors. Series contains minutes, agendas, reports, and proposals.

File is a bound volume consisting of Mount Royal College academic calendars containing information about the college, registration process, college governance, fees, and programs. Calendars are missing for the years 1928-1929 and 1932-1933.
