The fonds consists of three series which documents furniture planning, architectural, and electrical drawings, new library planning, and administration for the Riddell Library and Learning Centre and the Mount Royal College Library. Other records document architecture firm's planning for the RLLC and Mount Royal College planning. The fonds also contains publications, memorabilia, and artwork.

Fonds illustrates the construction of Mount Royal College's Lincoln Park Campus, which Jim Cameron was contacted as a photographer to document. Fonds consists of negatives, slides, photographic prints, and albums which primarily document the weekly progress of the project, as well as some related ceremonies and events, from the groundbreaking to the grand opening of the completed building. Most materials relate to the Lincoln Park Campus, although there are several photos of the original downtown campus, as well as aerial photos of the Churchill Park Campus (now Bow Valley College), and Old Sun College in Siksika, Alberta. Fonds is made up of three series: negatives and slides, prints, and photo albums.
